What inspired you to pursue creating an incubator in Canada?
I grew up in a family of international entrepreneurs and inventors. Following the family lineage, I want to grow and help establish successful business ventures for adventurers from different backgrounds.
Describe a memorable project you worked on and what you learned from it.
For my first real estate development project, I learned that the first few people you hire on your team is important; they build the culture. It is extremely important to find the right team that you can trust.
What skills do you think are essential to be successful in Canada?
It’s all about the culture. I believe it's important to understand and respect the business environment and adapt.
How do you stay motivated during challenging projects?
I always look beyond my current challenges and plan for the future. Stay focused on the prize.
